Verify your Shipping Address
Please take a moment to verify your shipping address before completing your order. Your shipping address is also listed in your order confirmation email. Please review this for errors and let us know (before we ship your order, which happens quickly!) by email if you have accidentally provided an incorrect shipping address. We will not issue refunds for orders lost in the mail due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Processing Time
We process and ship most orders within 1-2 business days.

Canadian Shipping
Orders are sent by Canada Post standard mail and will be delivered to the same place as your everyday mail. We charge a $2 flat fee on orders under $20. Orders over $20 include shipping. Tracking is not provided.

USA Shipping (prices in CAD dollars)
Orders are sent by Canada Post parcel mail, and will be delivered by their shipping partners. We offer tiered rates for US orders as indicated below.
$10 shipping on orders under $60
$5 shipping on orders between $60 and $99
Free shipping on orders $100 and up

Combined Shipping
If you place multiple orders the system will not automatically calculate free or reduced shipping for applicable. Please contact us in advance by email at knightswoodclayhouse@gmail.com for a shipping code to receive free or tiered shipping. 

Local Pickup within Guelph, Ontario
We offer contactless porch pickup. Select pickup when checking out* and details will be sent to you.

Delivery Time
We have no information about the progress of delivery after an order has been sent. In our experience, most orders are received between 4 days and 3 weeks, depending on the distance travelled.

If your order is more than 4 weeks late, please contact us by email to discuss the next steps.

Packaging
All orders are packaged safely in a sturdy cardboard box with padding. We do not offer gift wrapping. A printed receipt can be provided upon request.

 

With every pair of earrings we make, we aspire to create a quality product that will stand up to daily use. We regularly evaluate our entire process to ensure we're doing everything we can to release earrings that will last. 

Care Instructions
Polymer clay is incredibly durable and has the potential to last a lifetime. Looking after your pieces ensures that we're doing our part to keep them out of the landfill.

Here are some tips to ensure the longevity of your Knightswood Clay House earrings:

• Polymer clay earrings should be stored in a clean, dry place.
• Avoid wearing them in water.
• Take them off before bed
• Polymer clay is quite durable, but can be damaged by falls or by being bent.
• If necessary, clean your earrings with water and a non-abrasive cloth. Use a gentle soap if needed. Scrubbing may cause scratching or other damage.
• Brass components will naturally oxidize over time. These components can be cleaned with lemon juice or a brass cleaner and polished with a microfibre cloth.
