Where is Knightswood Clayhouse based?
We operate out of our home studio in Guelph, Ontario.
Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere within Canada and all US states. We have a shipping page with lots of information.
Do you offer a local pickup option?
We do! Contactless pickup is offered in the north end of Guelph.
How long will it take to fulfill my order?
Most items are ready to go as soon as we list them. In most cases we will prepare your order for shipping or pickup within 2 business (Monday to Friday) days.
It has been more than 2 business days since I placed my order but I haven't heard anything?
It is possible that the email that was sent to you has landed in your junk mail. If you haven't heard from us, please reach out by email and we'll sort it out.
HELP! I made a mistake with my order!
Please review the details of your order and mailing address when you receive the order confirmation by email or text. We often package and send orders within hours of receiving them. Once we have sent an order, it can't be adjusted until the products have been returned to us.
What materials do you use?
Most of our earrings are made with polymer clay, brass, gold-plated brass and stainless steel. We use nickel-free products. Many people with sensitive ears have told us that they find our earrings to be very gentle on their ears.
How do I care for my earrings?
Polymer clay earrings are very low-maintenance. If you do need to clean your earrings, we suggest gently cleaning them with some mild soap (eg. Blue Dawn dish soap) and water and a soft cloth or q-tip. Cleaners and alcohols can damage the clay and cause smudging or discolouration.
Brass components on the earrings can be cleaned carefully with some lemon juice and a cloth, or polished with just a soft cloth.
Polymer clay is very durable, but can be affected by temperature changes. Try to avoid leaving your earrings in extreme hot or cold temperatures for prolonged periods, or wearing them into places like swimming pools where they may be affected by chlorine.
Will you make custom earrings for me?
As much as we'd love to say yes....the answer is probably not. Our work is really rooted in following muses and inspiration, and we're happiest working that way.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?

What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns unless there is an issue with the product, the product has been lost or damaged in shipping, or if we made a mistake with your order. Please read the item description on the product page carefully for information about the size and materials used.
