Shipping policy

Orders usually ship out within 1-3 business days. Please double-check your mailing address to ensure it is correct and complete. We cannot issue refunds for mail lost due to incorrect addresses.

All orders are shipped through Canada Post (and USPS in the USA) using standard mail. We do not currently offer tracking, and are unable to track orders once shipped.

We will automatically combine shipping for orders placed before mailing, and refund shipping fees if applicable (eg. if you separately order two items under $15 on the same day before we have shipped either, we will combine the cost of shipping and refund you the appropriate shipping fee).

Regular standard delivery time within Canada is 5 to 8 business days. Regular standard delivery time to USA destinations is between 5 to 10 business days. **Regular standard delivery times have been significantly affected by the Covid pandemic. Please anticipate delays.**
